Mixed Martial Arts, or MMA for short, is the ultimate blend of combat disciplines into a well rounded game of striking, grappling, and submissions. A true Mixed Martial Artist can kick, punch, wrestle, and apply submissions with great skill and is a dangerous opponent for and adversary. But it isn't just for fighters, anyone can learn how to use the skills even if it's just to get fit and learn what's going on during a high level UFC bout.

Sam has spent over 10 years training and competing in Australia and internationally with some 40 fights experience. With a diverse range of skills he is able to put his opponents in the positions they are least comfortable in and dominate the match. Now retired from competition Sam is happy to teach anyone the skills he has learnt over the years and bring the fitness and skill of MMA to you.
