Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the art of using superior positioning, joint locks, and choke holds to subdue opponents. Practiced properly it is safe and fun and an amazing form of self defence. Many who train Jiu Jitsu find it addictive and find themselves getting fit and strong without even trying.

Sam holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (nova uniao lineage) and has trained and competed in Australia and Brazil. He also has extensive freestyle wrestling experience and has one several competitions including a NSW state championship.

Students can train in the gi or without the gi.
