Sam started MMA Personal Training Sydney, Chippendale in 2009 to bring the training of top level athletes to anybody who wants to lose weight, get fitter, or learn new skills such as boxing, kickboxing, jiu jitsu, or combine them all into MMA. Throughout his ten year fighting career, Sam has learnt how to hone his own skills to the best they can be while becoming incredibly fit and now he is using these techniques to bring the best out of his clients.
He is committed to his client's results and is known for his methodical and engaging approach to training. Nobody leaves a session with Sam having not improved their skills and fitness.
Sam has coached people from all skill levels, from pro fighters to office workers and is available for training at the following times:
